I understand that Pilates and outdoor exercise involve physical activity and may carry risks, including falls, strains, sprains, or other injury. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept these risks.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate, will work at my own pace, and will stop if I feel pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort. I understand that instruction is not medical advice and that I should consult a healthcare professional when appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, I release and hold harmless Fuerza Pilates, its instructor, and the class venue from claims arising from the ordinary risks of participation, including claims based on ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to gross negligence or willful or wanton misconduct. I authorize reasonable emergency assistance if needed and understand that I am responsible for related costs.
